1. What this site is

SoCdrop.in is an independent, owner-run documentation site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Tata Motors Ltd, Octillion Power Systems, Tata AutoComp, or any other company. All trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products being discussed.

2. User content and responsibility

Stories, updates, photos and links are contributed by individual vehicle owners. Each author is solely responsible for the content they publish. By submitting content you confirm that it is your own truthful, first-hand experience, that you have the right to share any photos you upload, and that you have removed other people's personal information from text and images.

Content on this site consists of owners' reported experiences. It is not a verified engineering finding, an expert opinion, or advice of any kind.

3. Acceptable content

Factual, first-person accounts only. Not allowed: abusive or defamatory language, allegations of intent (e.g. fraud or cheating), other people's personal data, content about vehicles you do not own, and anything unrelated to EV battery/service experiences. Submissions are reviewed before publication and may be declined, edited for personal-data redaction, or unpublished at any time.

4. Grievance and takedown

Send notices to murugan@accessteq.com. We review every legitimate grievance or takedown request and act on it, including unpublishing content. We may remove any content at our discretion.

5. Privacy

We store your email address to operate login and to contact you about your own submissions. Emails are never displayed publicly and never shared with third parties, except if required by law. Uploaded evidence is published only after review. You may ask for your story and account to be deleted at any time via the grievance email.

6. No warranty

The site is provided as-is, without warranties. Aggregate statistics are computed from owner-reported numbers and are only as accurate as those reports.
